I recently ran into an issue, I know what you're probably thinking already, that people only take the time to complain. However, I would like to share how Anthony and the Sun Devil Surprise team made things right. We had a breakdown in communication which happened to be on their end. We discussed it, it was ultimately an internal learning opportunity. I will continue to use Sun Devil Auto as my preferred auto maintenance service, because they where honest and communicated transparently with me. Proving they valued me as a customer. These guys are A++

Car issues are never a pleasant experience, but the staff and customer service at this location made the process almost effortless. They are honest, patient and take the time to listen to a customer. They have a genuine interest in helping resolve the mechanical issues.

Additionally, their prices are reasonable. Glad I discovered them after receiving a coupon through the mail. They’ll get my future business and the business of my family and friends.

We needed to have our 30k mile services done & I wasn't happy with what the dealership was going to charge. I heard about the Sun Devil Auto at Civic & Bell through the Costco Auto program. The customer reviews on Google for this location were really good, so I decided to see what they could do. Long story short, Ryan & team delivered. The services they performed (3-way fuel system service, differential, and brake system fluid exchange) left our vehicle feeling like it did when we drove it off the lot 2 years ago. Fantastic! I was very happy with the value delivered for the price we paid, which was significantly less than what the dealership wanted for the same services.
