  These guys care the most about the cars. They did some very special electrical work for me that I couldn't have gotten done anywhere else and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. To them, it was about bringing an old car back to life.

  I would be willing to give a full review if it weren't for the fact that Sakura Garage didn't have a chance to work on my car.
  
  These folks seem fairly friendly (and according to the community online, competent when it comes to Datsuns), but they are absolutely AWFUL at communication. I called in to have them work on my car and had the son answer the phone. He mentioned something about almost being at capacity, and promised to call me later in the day. I never received a call, and just made the assumption they were busy.
  
  I've attempted to call them half a dozen times since, with no results. The voicemail for their "official phone" is just a basic "yeah I'm not here call back", which I found to be pretty unprofessional.
  
  IF you can actually get in contact with these guys, they'll do great work. That's a big IF, though. In the 21st century, you can't afford to be bad at communication, and that's exactly what these guys.
  
  UPDATE: I've chatted with the owner and a few of the guys since I last published this review, and it seems that they get handed a lot of work by other garages. They gave me a very reasonable explanation as to why they have communication issues from time to time, and I've updated my review to reflect this.

  This is a small shop - kind of a boutique service business that does great work. I went to visit them and made an appointment to have a near total restoration of my 1968 roadster done. I delivered the car according to our agreed upon schedule and they have done a fantastic job for me., They have been very flexible in accommodating my needs and have allowed me to monitor the progress. They have even provided photos, via email as the project moved forward.
  
  It is understandable that such a small business has trouble scheduling work and responding to phone requests as they are busy working on the cars. It is worth being a little patient when working with them because the end result I am getting is totally to my satisfaction.
