The workouts are varied, challenging and effective. In the first 2 weeks my clothes fit better and looser. Terry continually changes the workout. As a result my stamina and endurance improved! He gives 100% of his attention to you throughout the workout. He makes slight adjustments to target specific muscle groups with great results. He also gives suggestions for exercises between his sessions. I love his book, The L.E.A.N. Factor. He has a system in place for anyone to be successful! I highly recommend him. He is worth the investment!
