  Troy Richardson and his entire staff were very caring, patient, helpful , knowledgeable and efficient during this difficult time for me and my family as we lost my dear wife, our beloved mother of my children Grandmother to my Grandchildren. They took the time to listen to what our needs were and then made recommendations and suggestions that they thought would satisfy our needs and were very cost conscious at the same time. The memorial services as well the burial services were beautiful and were carried out very efficiently as planned. Troy and his staff assisted in arranging for an escort, helped us arrange for the music, helped us pick and arrange for flowers. The programs for the service were perfect for the occasion. The overall coordination was top notch. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Troy I want to personally thank you and your team. You were wonderful.

  When my brother passed I didn’t know what to do or how to take care of the funeral or anything. Richardson Funeral Home helped me with more than just the funeral. They sent us cards in the mail, they offered there condolences, they took over the planning of the service, etc. My brother unfortunately ended his own life, but you could of never known that after seeing how well Richardson did up my brother. You couldn’t tell there was a wound or blood or anything. You guys helped so much with my brothers passing. Thank you for all your help and god bless you all.

  I would like to thank Troy and staff for there compassion, professionalism. They did a beautiful job coordinating everything for our family at this difficult time of losing our mother. Richardsons funeral home went above and beyond taking care of everything we asked for. You Did a great job with our two brothers that have passed as well. They have the best prices. I truly would reccommend Richardsons to my family and friends.

  It seemed destined that we decided on requesting Richardson Funeral Home to help us under very tragic times. It turned out that I and our son's step-mother were reviewing and impressed with online searches of Richardson Funeral Home simultaneously. We, Mike's biological mother and father (and spouses), his sister (her husband and daughter) met with Mark the following day and his sincere care, listening ability and a keen sense of where and how, concern and information were needed was impressive and appreciated. Troy and staff met and exceeded all of our (reasonable) requests professionally and expeditiously. When I had finished the obituary draft for our Son (Michael) I sent it to Polly for her review and opinion. She was not only very responsive but suggested very sound changes that made this Obituary as meaningful and heartfelt as his survivors could have imagined. EVERYTHING was handled professionally, expeditiously and with genuine care and concern. Would recommend them to anyone in need of this assistance! They do go above and beyond.

  Outstanding. Extremely informative, laid out all costs and options no pressure very reasonable. Communication is a key element in this situation, with people coming from out of state. Troy was very professional and accommodating. Very good repair work from a gunshot wound. Definitely recommend to anyone.
