Great gym with a great staff. Everything is super clean and it’s a good environment.

I’ve been going to Body Renew Fitness in Tempe since January. I love that it’s close to home and staff members are friendly and helpful. Although, I’m mostly writing this review about my personal trainer Brad Smith. He’s awesome. Before I started training sessions with Brad, I was convinced I couldn’t do squats because of my knees...my first session he taught me proper squat form and I’ve been doing them pain free for months now. Before I started training I could barely hold a blank and now I’m almost at 3 minutes. I’m stronger and in better shape than ever. I’m reaching new fitness milestones all the time. Brad is passionate about fitness and takes the time to understand you, your goals and helps you come up with a plan to get where you wanna be. He changes things up so you’ll never be bored with the creative exercises you’ll do in your sessions. Thank you Brad!

Great place to work out. clean and convenient. I signed up to do training with Tim and he's an amazing trainer. Very knowledgeable and patient. The place itself is clean and have all of the different machines. Most of the time, it's not crowded which is good because i like to workout in a nice quiet area (not busy all the time). Overall, i love this place. I never go to the gym before but now I love coming to the gym.
