  So I know that people go to these place to try to find running shoes. But these shoes can be so comfortable that they are great for another purpose: walking. But I did try putting these shoes on just to walk and it did not work. I started running literally everywhere. I would run through my house, through the grocery store, through the office and even in elevators I would run in place. The shoes MAKE YOU RUN WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!!!

  When shopping local, it's all about the people who work there :-) my husband and I have recently taken up running, and we quickly realized we needed better / correct running shoes in order to make it happen. We went to Sole Sports and every person we talked to over two separate visits was lovely, smart, and helpful. We overheard them talking to people who were longtime runners who knew what they needed, and they were just as lovely talking to us too, even though we knew nothing. The gait assessment is free, so definitely go have them assess the way you walk and run if you're curious :)

  Incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. So kind and patient, and was very knowledgeable on the type of shoe I was looking for as well as what shoe I needed. Definitely will be going back! Thanks Matt!

  Loved this place. My second time buying shoes here. They really take their time to get you fit with the correct shoe.

  This past Friday, my family and I stopped by here to check out some shoes, and we experienced some pleasant surprises.
  
  Josh, one of the staff members, was very authentic, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful; his full presence and assistance felt so comfortable, with absolutely no pressure to purchase.
  
  He reminds me of a gentle, loving, honest soul who is all about sharing an abundance of unconditional kindness with interconnected others (which is rare).
  
  While trying on various shoes, we were approached by a friendly dog, who just wanted to say hello (a family member of one of the regular customers).
  
  There are some great quality running shoes with unique designs and a wide-range of colors. We will definitely shop here again the next time we’re in the area.
