  We’ve lived here a few months. We’ve had ups and downs. However, I REALLY do enjoy the unit and the complex. It’s a good bang for your buck! What really made me happy was last night our AC started making a terrible noise. When the complex opened today, I called and talked to Kristi about the AC. It was so bad, the apt wasn’t cooling off and it was hard to keep the AC on without it completely breaking. She sent over maintenance. Troy was at our unit within twenty min and worked for a VERY long time until it was fixed. He was super curteous and super kind. The quick service meant so much to me in this heat, especially with a kiddo and being pregnant! Thank you

  The buildings are fine and well built, the property is pretty, the amenities are convenient and clean, and it is well situated in Tempe.
  
  I only have two main gripes with living here. You are told at signing of the lease that there is a 24/7 security patrol. This is not the case. People are yelling and screaming at all hours and if you want to get a hold of anyone after hours, good luck. The security company will tell you that they are off-site and that it will take up to an hour for them to arrive if they ever do.
  
  Typically, this is an issue that I would address directly with the leasing office. Unfortunately, there is no way of contacting anyone in management. My sliding glass door was broken and the window pane was about loose (risk of falling out). It took 7 emails to the property manager and assistant manager to ever get resolution. Even then, they never responded to me.
  
  Last week I didn't have hot water because my water heater was leaking. I put in a work order online and sent an email to the manager and assistant with the work order confirmation. Radio silence. Took four days to get anyone out here to look at my water heater. I understand people are busy and it is a lot of work to maintain a property like this, but responding to tenants is part of the job and it doesn't feel great to be ignored.
  
  The people in the office are friendly and usually helpful, I just don't understand why I cannot get a hold of them. If you do move here, work with Kristie. She is awesome and gets stuff done!
  
  Overall, I would still recommend this property.
