My husband and I had a fantastic trip with Gabi on our "Fitcation" to Costa Rica. The private villa was truly luxurious, and the cook, bartender/server, and housekeeper made us feel very pampered. The one-week trip included several group recreational outings, and each day included a different group fitness activity, with plenty of free time to enjoy the fantastic infinity pool overlooking the ocean, private solitude, and/or party games and poolside drinks (your choice!) I have known Gabi for several years as my pilates instructor, and have been impressed with her knowledge of a holistic approach to fitness, and her professionalism in running her business. Gabi's preparation for this trip was truly "turnkey," and I look forward to another "Fitcation" adventure with Healthy Body Works.!

I had the chance to go on the very first Fitcation that Gabi offered. This thing was incredible. It was the most worry-free trip that I've ever been on, and that's saying something since this was my first time out of the country. Gabi did a fantastic job planning fun excursions, picking a beautiful villa where we stayed with a great staff, mixing in stretching and workout sessions, and a healthy balance of simple downtime. I can't imagine how anyone could go on a Fitcation with Gabi and not be thrilled with the entire experience.

Gabi is amazing. With weekly stretch therapy sessions and moral support, she helped me complete my first marathon at age 50. I give her all the credit in the world in keeping my muscles ready and helping me prevent injury in training and in the race. I'm 100% confident in recommending Gabi to help anybody achieve their fitness goals. Thanks, Gabi!

I was very nervous about working out with a personal trainer, but Gabi quickly put those fears to rest. She is knowledgeable, patient, and also holds you accountable. Her workouts are intense but manageable, and she modifies the workouts based on your ability and experience. I have recommended several friends to her and will continue to do so. I’ve been a customer of hers for over 3 years!

Gabi is a wonderful personal trainer who really gets to know her clients and tailors her workouts to meet their needs. She keeps me motivated and staying positive even on my draggiest days! There are so many different ways she has taught me to workout with and without weights, so I am never bored! I feel so positive and energized when I leave her sessions that I am truly ready to seize the day! She has an in depth knowledge of healthy eating habits and tons of ideas on how to make food that's good for you taste great! I highly, highly recommend using her services for anyone regardless of age or whatever shape you are in....you will be feeling better about yourself when you work with Gabi!
