I have been living here for about 3 months and from the beginning I have had a great experience with the staff. Communication has been great and my move-in process was a breeze. The times I had maintenance requests they responded very quickly and resolved the issues the same day. I love the convenience of having the trash picked up. The community is beautiful, the location is great and we have restaurants and a movie theater that is walking distance.

A few issues I did have was on the day of the move-in my apartment was not cleaned. Floors, kitchen cabinets, laundry and dryer were completely full of pet hair. The blinds in the bedroom seemed to have had food splatters all over it. Restroom wasn’t properly cleaned. I did address the issues via email so hopefully that was communicated with the company who is involved with cleaning the apartments. Residents are pretty bad at picking up after their pet waste. The gate that is closest to the restaurants is never closed and this a gates community. I’ve had a few times where there has been someone parked in my parking spot and it can easily be resolved by having them towed. That gate is open 24/7 and has been for weeks/months and definitely gives people who are not residents the opportunity to park inside the community which needs to be resolved!

These are by far the best apartments I’ve lived in. All my questions and concerns are answered promptly. I hosted a small gathering at the clubhouse *last year before covid* and the staff from the front office went above and beyond to accommodate the event. They were helpful and made my guest feel welcomed.

They offer self guided tours which I really appreciate as I am high risk and so are some of my family members. They should always do it like this because it is also nice to take your time and not feel rushed or sales pitchy. The models were very beautiful and the office staff made the process very easy. I will lease here when its time!

So far I have just had my tour and leasing experience! While I wish the tour was face to face with a leasing agent, everything went very smoothly via self guided tour! The staff communication was truly unmatched and my questions were answered faster than I could have expected. The grounds were spotless and buildings were very clean. Leasing was just as smooth and easy with again, top notch communication. Hopefully my experience living here is just as good as the leasing process!

I'm new to the area and liked that this place is within walking distance to places like The Porch, Scramble, and Alamo Draft house. I don't know many people yet, but have been welcomed warmly by the staff. The apartments were a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Just wish there was more parking for guests.
