  Kora was the front desk manager and she was so sweet, hospitable and overall super friendly. She displays role model status in every thing that she does. She greets every guest with a great smile and high energy.

  Clean rooms, extremely friendly front desk staff. One of them Alexis, was there so much that I asked if she ever went home. She informed me with a smile that she was covering for a short staff. You would never know by her demeanor that she had worked so much. The other two, I can’t remember names, were also friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were very clean as was the entire area. The whole hotel seemed to be in such good order and repair it almost felt brand new. The gym was the nicest I’ve ever seen in. A hotel gym. One thing that we didn’t care for was the sliding door on bathroom. It really felt like there was no privacy. Also the drink we bought at bar was all ice. It was a joke really.

  Great property.
  
  Front desk staff was friendly, albeit somewhat limited in efficiency as they seemed to be having some delays with their computer system. They handled this with grace and charm.
  
  The bartender was very professional, greeting every customer and even though during my week long stay I only went to the bar 2 times, he remembered by drink choice.
  
  The rooms are clean, spacious and seem to be recently renovated or just new. The mattress and sheets are very comfortable. The shade on the widow is more of a Roman style shade, which is great for those of you who cannot sleep if there is any light coming through. These provide total blackout conditions.
  
  There is a weird blinking light though on the fire alerting system which strobes throughout the night (nothing a hand towel thrown over it cannot handle). When I had housekeeping services, the cleaned the room well but were not as thorough in replacing coffee cups and bottled water.
  
  The location is well situated, and because it’s set back from the main roads, it is quiet and peaceful.
  
  I’ll certainly stay here on future trips to Tempe and recommend this location to colleagues.

  Fantastic hotel. Restaurant and bar are well staffed with competent staff that are always willing to help. The front desk is welcoming and promptly addresses any concerns guests may have. Despite occasional late hours, the hotel staff always took care of large groups and individual concerns. Thanks for a great experience!

  Bottom line accessible, super new hotel bomb breakfast and restaurant.
  Happy to leave a review of the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix-Tempe location. The hotel can be seen from 101. This Hilton is right in the middle of an Tempe industrial park, it’s easy to see off the 101. The entire hotel is new so the entire place has a fresh smell. Excise room pool and I saw signs for a spa.
