  Love my patio misting system. Jordan is very ready to help with anything needed, winterizes my system every Fall and reinstalls it every Spring ensuring all nozzles are working. Recently I had a crack in one of the filters and he came out pronto to replace that. Highly recommend MetroMist!

  Metro mist is a great company. We had our misting system setup on our home last year before summer. It makes a huge difference. My wife and I have two little kids and in the summer we are in the pool almost everyday. Every time we are out there we comment on how much cooler the misters make it. It seems like a 10-15 degree difference. It also nice about not having to worry about maintenance. We are on a schedule and the company comes out and takes care of everything for us so we can just sit back and enjoy. I had an issue with one of the nozzles and I called them. The owner was out the very next day to fix the problem and leave me with a couple spare parts if needed. After having the mister system it seems like a necessity if we want to spent time outside in the summer.

  Great product installed, great customer service, you won't regret it. Jordan will take care of you and provide you a cooling experience for summers to come.

  Been living in AZ for just under a year now and decided that I needed an outdoor misting system to finish up my backyard retreat. Contact one of the providers that advertise in the HOME magazine circular, made the appointment and was not impressed, felt that they had too much business to care about me, sales guy said that ball was in my court, and that he does not conduct follow up calls. Big relief, also made me think about their service follow ups. Decided to call Metromist, very good reviews and he discloses prices on his website. Called and spoke with Jordan, the owner, he came out later that day and see discussed system for me, he was very easy going and professional. Jordan and Richard came back the next day and put in my system, great results and does what it's supposed to do. Very pleased with Metromist and will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
