  Clean, quiet, and quite comfortable. The staff is very nice and responsive. You can tell this place is led well by high quality management. If you are planning a long term stay this is really the place you want to be.

  Front desk management treated us like family. Made our stay in Phoenix much easier, relaxing. Tim especially ensured all our needs were met. I couldnt ask for a better hotel or group of employees! Will definitely be back!

  I've stayed at a few Extended Stays, but this is by far my favorite. The staff is incredibly nice and super helpful but not overbearing. It's always neat and clean and it has amazing coffee.
  Also, the rooms are really nice with great amenities.

  Parking is never an issue, clean, and quiet. Friendly staff that always want to help and make sure your comfortable. Rooms are nice and clean. Pool area is always clean and never to crowded. I had a very long stay here. Very nice place to stay. I would recommend for sure. I am a super picky person and I have no complaints!

  I was staying at the hotel the first two weeks of march, and enjoyed my entire stay. One night in particular stands out however. I was returning from visiting with some friends and when I walked into the lobby there was a woman berating the front desk manager. From what I could gather she had been at another location and was not happy with the service she received there. When the front desk manager, I believe his name was Johnny, informed the woman that there were no rooms available she proceeded to become very volatile. Johnny kept his compositor through the entire encounter. He continued to apologize to the woman and try to help her in any way he could. She was still not happy, and eventually started making a scene. I thought for sure that the police would be called, but Johnny handled the situation, and was able to resolve the situation without becoming angry at all. I commend Johnny, I would not have been able to keep my cool nearly as long as he did.
