They got to us the next day after calling in and fixed our dryer in under an hour. The repair tech communicated well and explained what he was doing. I appreciate his professionalism and speed. Beyer was sent out through our home warranty service, but based on my experience I recommend them.

I am so happy my home warranty company works with Beyer Appliances! This week I had Jesus out to help with my ice maker and he was great! He was on time, polite and professional. If you get a chance to request your service provider I would ask for Jesus as I will for all future work I have done.

Tu arrived Covid protected, clean and neat and courteous. I watched as he carefully disassembled the refrigerator and explained what and why he was doing it. He showed me the broken and new parts and their function. I was impressed how careful and meticulous he was with everything from reassembling, cleaning up and documenting. I do highly recommend Beyer Appliance Service and Thank Tu for a job well done. A few days later however I noticed the bottom ice maker was still not performing. I called and arranged for your follow up later this week.
