Concentra Urgent Care

My visit was for a new hire position. It was suggested that I call ahead to make certain an appointment wasn’t necessary. I did and was told I did not, but on this day the wait was approx 1.5 hrs. I knew it had to be done so I went anyway. Upon arriving, I was then told that the people that would be handling my appt, we due to go to lunch in 30 min, would I like to come back. I explained that that was not mentioned when I called and that I had just drivin 45 min. She kindly explained that it was ok for me to start the paperwork right then, without leaving and returning later. With the given 1.5 hrs wait time and the lunch break approaching, I expected to have to wait a while. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick everything was taken care of. With a physical and a UA needed, I was there no more than 1 hr. Everyone was very efficient and friendly. Gave clear and concise instruction and explanation of process. Even as I was leaving, ladies at the front desk were friendly. Very nice to know not everyone has forgotten what friendly, respectful, and efficient service is about. This place aced it, in my opinion! Thank you so much!

Front desk person was nice and explained the process well. The wait was decent, less than 30mins to get called in to the patient room. The techs in the patient area were talking very loud. It was noisy. The x-ray tech was also nice and quick. They don't have a patient portal to look up the lab or xray report.

There is a young lady there to whom I’ve dealt with on two occasions and her service is always excellent, she’s the one with glasses. The Second Lady, who i assume is a nurse was just as kind and professional as the first. Twice I’ve been there and both times it’s been an awesome experience.

Everything was great when I got there. I filled out the paperwork and was called back fairly quickly. It wasn’t until I waited in the room for almost 40 minutes to see the Dr with my paper nightgown on that I got upset. The room was freezing cold and I just wanted to get home for a 3 am tip time the next day. They did get me taken care of or I might have left a 3 star rating.
