  Okay. Good stuff. We were guided by Dave through the entire process, from the concept--this was our first stand-alone spa--all the way through delivery and after-the-sale service. If you value quality, customer service, pricing, and great selections, this is your source for a spa.
  
  The timeline is a little long, but that's a supply issue. And selecting the right spa is just part of it. You also need to ensure it can be delivered to your spa spot, electrical is in place, and you have a pad (on ground) or a concrete pit (if you're going to sink it). We already had a pad, so we went with that. Dave ensured we were connected to the electrician, too, who did a great job (but costs extra).
  
  It took about four months to be delivered and installed. You put half down at the time of purchase, then pay the balance before delivery.
  
  We chose a saltwater spa. The water is close-circuit so it's not connected to plumbing. (You fill it with a garden hose.) Because we have a water softener for our home, we ran a hose from a sink to the spa. You check the salt and ph levels periodically and add treatment when necessary. And you drain and refill it once in a while.
  
  A cool (literally) option (and it ain't cheap either) is a cool zone. Essentially, we can create a "cool spa" on those very hot Phoenix days. Technically, we can drop it into the sixties, but that's a bit cold no matter how hot it is outside! We're looking forward to cool dips on hot days next summer.

  I bought a Pulse model hot tub from Desert Hot Tubs which they delivered in September. I was out of town for a month right after that and when I returned the cover was open and most of the water was gone. It was a mess. No one knows how the cover was opened, but Shane didn't waste time assigning blame. He had a spa cleaner contact me THAY VERY DAY and he cleaned the spa THAT VERY DAY. What EXCELLENT customer service!!!

  I had a great experience in my purchase of a Freeflow Azure Premier. Dave Pepe is very knowledgeable. He showed me comparisons to other models, all the color options, and gave me a referral for an electrician to convert the tub to 230V. On delivery, the installation team set every up everything. They converted and connected the 230V line, filled it, tested all the functions, and (as a first time hot tub owner) gave me several helpful suggestions on maintaining it. A lot of negative reviews for hot tubs center around the wait times, and mine took 6 months to deliver. However, I was told going into it that COVID was extending production times, so I knew in advance it’d take longer than normal. I will be back for all my future maintenance needs and would definitely recommend them.

  Stopped by to browse hot tubs. Staff was knowledgeable and extremely personable. Was impressed by the selection although concerned about the lack of pricetags.
