  We have lived in Waddell over 16 years, and when it came time to selling our home, in the end, it was a NO BRAINER when it came to using Amy Barnet as our realtor. I've known Amy a long time and watched her over the years flourish as a realtor. I heard nothing but great things about her, and after all we went through working with another realtor in town, using Amy as our realtor was a breath of fresh air. She was not only professional and personable, but extremely compassionate over needs. She practically held hour hands every step of the way, always smiling, always willing to do whatever it took to make us feel at ease with everything going on with selling our home. Selling a house is very emotional and with that comes many challenges, but she never complained. She went above and beyond the call of duty and that's what you want in a realtor.
  
  Now look, there are many other realtors in the town of Waddell, (and I know many of them due to the fact I ran a local page for the area of Waddell for over 10 years) that state they are "Area Specialist" but don't be fooled. Amy Barnet and her family are from Waddell. She grew up in Waddell, is very connected to the community, and has seen how this community has grown over the years. Not only that, she truly cares about the community at large and it shows in how she runs her business. That is someone who you want selling your home. That is someone who is a true "Area Specialist."

  Amy was personable, professional, and got the job done in our tight time-frame! She recommended effective, up-to-date marketing strategies to reach the maximum number of buyers. She understood the current real estate market and was able to provide us with advice and direction to get through the selling process. She was quick to respond to our emails and texts, even the more minor ones. Amy did a stellar job and we would use her as a Realtor again and highly recommend her to others!

  Amy went above and beyond to help me sell my home. I was out of the state selling my home from afar and Amy was extremely helpful with getting the house sold relatively quickly. I would definitely recommend her!

  I made a very difficult decision to sell my home of 32 years. It was very emotional but Amy Barnett prepared the sale knowing how difficult the sale would be for me. As soon as I signed to contract with her, I actually became anxious to sell because of her reassurance and step by step explanation. Her organization and communication skills are amazing. All paperwork was proficient and timely. Her marketing skills are awesome. She always put my interest first and was available anytime I needed her. My home sold immediately way above the listed price. Anyone that plans on selling their home should absolutely trust Amy Barnett. She is the best!
