JD saved the day!!! And our first trip!!! He came out on a service call to fix our leveling system as (we thought) it was malfunctioning. We are brand new to owning a class A RV, kept getting a fault code and had no idea why they weren't working properly. JD was THE nicest, most patient and extremely knowledgeable technician that I have ever encountered. He did quick work to troubleshoot the issue and took as much time as needed to walk through everything with me and also had me practice while he was still there to e sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. After he left we had additional questions on something unrelated to the leveling and he called us personally to help out...who does that!?!?!? JD even went out of his way to recommend a couple of easy maintenance items to help lengthen the life of the slider mechanism. On top of it...he did all this during the hottest part of the day in AZ 🥵

We hit a blown-out tire on the highway in our Mercedes Sprinter, it ripped off our city water connection, and knocked loose an exhaust pipe for an interior heating system underneath the driver-side door. The exhaust started dragging beneath the vehicle.
I called JD on a Thursday, he asked me to send pictures of the damage so he could bring all the parts he needed for the repair. He ordered the city water connection part on Amazon (which was cheaper than buying in-store), and set us up for a Monday appt. Every conversation we had over the phone and text-exchange was informative and professional.
He arrived on Monday ahead of schedule and completed the repairs very promptly. The city water connection looks like new, and his fastening of the exhaust pipe has stayed secure in the 1000+ miles we’ve driven since then.
His original quote was honest and he was a pleasure to talk to in person.

JD sealed the roof of our 48 ft travel trailer. He used the Dicor CoolCoat, which reduces the heat by 30%. Of all the mobile RV techs that I called, JD was the only one who actually knew the best products to use. He didn’t have to do research and call me back. He was experienced and knew. Also, JD picks up the phone anytime you call. He’s very responsive, unlike many others I’ve worked with in the past. The cost was well below the quoted price bc he worked efficiently. I purchased the products ahead of time on Amazon and got discounted prices. JD also serviced our two ACs and cleaned the filters. He replaced some rotten boards on our porch. He check out problems with our heater. He was very willing to help us with any other problem we had. He is very experienced with RV electrical issues. He is very kind, trustworthy and honest. I feel very fortunate to have found someone so skilled and with such strong integrity and good character to help us with our RV repairs!

As soon as you pulled up you figured out what was wrong with the slide so you ran to the store, purchased what you needed and quickly installed it before I can say wow! We would recommend JD to anyone with rv issues. One of our slides was a complete mess. The motor mechanisms came out. The set screws somehow worked this way out allowing the motors to move. JD came out and put everything back where it belongs and secured it all in place. He came to us at the campground in two days when all the repair shops had waiting lists that were weeks long. He also looked at our air conditioning units which needed servicing. He came back to us two days later and serviced those. JD went out of his way and did us another favour while he was up on the roof which he didn’t have to do at all. Wonderful experience with JD. Very knowable, professional, quick and so friendly.
