Great experience from walking in the door with the reception to the end. I love the friendly vibe of the office. Dr Musicant is professional and caring. This was my first visit but have no complaints. I didn’t have to wait too long. The young lady did a pre screen and immediately after, the doctor showed up. We went over any issues and he offered suggestions. I like his style and being a person not overly accustomed to the medical establishment, he and his staff were just what I needed. I feel lucky to have found him.
Excellent, dedicated, kind, caring, and knowledgeable Dr. and on site staff. Telephone responsiveness does need improvement.. but as a retired RN., and Medicare evaluator at one point, you can't go in and tell the medical staff to order scans and tests. You need to stop that.The insurance will not pay unless he/she has gone through the other evaluations and/or tests first, or YOU will be paying the many thousands of dollars for that scan, MRI.etc. you think you need, when you may not... not your insurance or medicare. You are not a Dr. Be nice to our dedicated health care providers. They work very hard and don't have to come to Green Valley. They are very much appreciated elsewhere.
