(August 2, 2022, 1:39 pm)I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff were kind and accommodating. The facilities are lovely, it's quiet and safe. I'm working as a traveling RN, and this is the nicest campground I've been to. Easy access to I-10. The office ladies are the best. I hope I can come back again to the Tucson area next winter. If you stay here, you won't regret it!!

(March 19, 2022, 7:24 pm)We stayed at Valley of the Sun for almost 5 months. My husband's mother became ill and lives in Oro Valley. We started out only going to stay for a few weeks, but it soon became obvious we needed a longer stay. The staff at Valley of the Sun were very accommodating and worked hard to find us a spot. The sites are close, but enough room to sit out and relax. It is quiet and has all the amenities you need (laundry, pool, propane, etc). We can't say enough about the staff and their kindness and efficiency here. We will be back again!

(March 5, 2022, 11:45 am)We have stayed here 3 times. The first year, the manager was helpful as it was our first road trip in our motor home. The 2nd year, we stayed 6 months. In spite of covid restrictions, we met many RV’rs that had been coming for years. We line danced in the street, properly distanced of course. This last winter, we stayed 4 months enjoying a “coming back home” feeling. With covid easing up, there was a plethora of activities available; Card games, park walking groups, cribbage, bingo, swimming & hot tub, 3 sessions of line dance a week at club house and zumba at the Marana community center. We enjoyed meeting more folks at the happy hour gatherings on Saturday. The grounds are kept up nicely. Some sites have shade. The laundry facilities are clean albeit well used and show evidence of need for upgrade. There is 1 each, men & women's bathroom and shower in the the clubhouse. We had to leave early this year to take care of some business but we have already made our 6 month rez for next year. As full-time RV'rs, VOTS IS our home base.

(May 15, 2021, 1:01 pm)We had business in the Marana area that required us to be there for more than two months. This park was perfect for us! Management is amazing. They’re all friendly and very accommodating. Restrooms, laundry and pool area were always sparkling clean. The RV park area is located at the back of the mobile home area. Sites are a little tight but easy to maneuver. Great proximity to Marana and north Tucson area. We would definitely return. Special thanks to Craig, Meryl and Donna for making our stay so enjoyable!

(February 21, 2021, 4:47 pm)This park was our winter home for 25 years. It was great. Can highly recommend it to everyone. It is convenient to shopping,the managers are efficient and friendly. When it was not under quarantine there were lots of activities. The people who live there and camp there make the experience of your visit enjoyable.😍🥰
