San Lucas Community Park

Nice clean quiet park, with little workout areas with built in equipment, pull up bars and sit-up inverted bench along the jogging and bike path..

The park is a very nice park, it has a nice dog park that is not over flooded with a bunch of dogs. The only thing is since I live behind the park, I don't like the fact that they didn't think to put up some kind of fence up where the culdesac is at and the walk way towards Adonis, since we have had issues with people coming into our property and vandalizing our place by breaking windows on the RV's that are parked on our property! Even though we have signs that say no trespassing and barbwire around our property that we put up ourselves. They should really think about this it would be most appreciated!

Clean public washrooms, parking, a small enclosed dog park with a water fountain, big field and nice park for kids. Only 3 minutes drive off Highway 10. Clean, nice park!

This is an out-of-the-way, nice, quite and shaded park. Very nice people go there to exercise their dog. It is small but nice. It has some great seating in the shade, and the bathroom is clean! Take Doggo there.
Update: My wife and I visited in the early PM on 9/26/22 with our dog Tedrick. This remains a good spot have a Zen moment with the flora of the AZ and let the hound contemplate his role as the modern day wild beast of the field.

I stopped here during a long road trip to let my dog run around- I wasn’t expecting much due to the very quick search, but was really impressed. The space is really large, grass is plush and the backdrop set against a bright pink sunset. It’s effectively a big baseball field, a smallish dog park area and playscape for kids. Great open spot!
