Amazing. I wasn't liable other party was, but didnt want to deal with all the misguiding calls from the insurance company, and there is alot of other issues your not made aware of. They walked me thru each step explaining everything to me, and injuries dont really manifest immediately physically or emotionally. Extremely happy with outcome which I couldn't have done myself. Sincere thanks to Francis, Katie and Leah for the patience and understanding they showed me. Besides who really wants to go up against a female...let alone three !!! We worked with Katie and Leah, who were extremely kind, caring and supportive during a terribly difficult time. The only thing we would do different in the future is ask for an expected settlement figure. We were shocked at the low figure that was finally agreed upon. In hindsight, this may have been exactly what was expected for our situation, but because we didn't know to inquire about an expected settlement, we were disappointed in the figure after countless months of doctor visits, counseling, healing, etc. If you are in the unfortunate situation of needing their services, I would highly recommend Katie and Leah.
