  Cheyenne provided excellent advice and assistance in designing our special stairway requirements. She was so helpful throughout this purchase and installation. Joe made this specialized installation look perfect under challenging architectural circumstances.

  From beginning the selection process to installation, it was a great experience. Windy Baker is awesome. She's knowledgeable, easy to work with and a complete professional when it comes to recommendations, measuring and finding the best solution for your home. Thanks to her, we now have beautiful new carpet throughout our home. This review has to include big compliments to the installers as well. They carefully moved furniture and were very respectful of our home and property. And the installation is flawless. We sincerely thank Windy and Carpet One.

  Absolutely excellent!! Everything in our experience from the selection phase with Windy to the installation was wonderful. Joe and Bryan were completely professional and did the most beautiful job installing our carpet. I cannot recommend Carpet One highly enough.

  We are very happy with Carpet One. The carpet delivered & installed did not match the sample we picked. Our sales lady agreed, we ordered a color they happened to have in stock. Within a week they came out removed the carpet and installed new carpet. Carpet One worked with us to resolve the problem. Not sure why the color of the carpet installed the first time was so different from the sample.

  We had three rooms in our home carpeted with a Mohawk low VOC product. We received excellent help in selecting this from Windy, who came to our house to show us samples. Setting up the installation was very easy. All the work was completed in one day. The workers spent hours removing the old carpet and getting the floors immaculately clean. They had to remove all of the tacking strip since this special carpet is attached with tape. They did all the work in a clean, neat and professional manner. The house looks amazing now!
  
  The carpet has a very solid warranty, which is very reassuring. We are very happy with the work done by Carpet One, highly recommend them, and plan to use them for other home projects.
