F45 Training Oro Valley

F45 is such a well rounded workout experience! It's great that throughout the week the exercises are different. The coaches are very helpful and work with you at your level of experience.

Love the upbeat music and the fun, caring trainers! I did not really have a workout regimen prior to joining and had a negative view of working out, but f45 makes working out fun and something I look forward to doing. Highly recommend!

Best place to work out! I walk in and everyday is a new workout, takes the stress out of me planning my workouts. You just sign up and show up. Easy as that and then you put the work in. Staff is friendly and polite

I have been a member of gyms all my life. Recently for the past 2 years I would go to Orange theory 3-5 days a week. After a friend just suggested F45 ( she also was a orange theory member at one time) I tried it out not expecting anything much different than what I was already doing. OH MY GOSH WAS I WRONG! The strength, and cardio that we do in these classes is absolutely the best workouts I’ve done in a very long time! The staff is absolutely the sweetest, most motivating, and helpful gym staff I’ve ever been to. It truly is a feeling of acceptance when you walk in. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend F45 in Oro Valley to anyone that wants to get in great shape, and have fun while doing it!

It has been a year since I joined and it has been an amazing journey. I love the workouts!! It will check your Body AND your Mind!
The staff is absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and motivating. I consider them all Family now and I miss them when I am not at the studio.
