  I have been looking for a specific cut of beef for quite some time with no luck, until today. My apologies for not finding AJs sooner..very helpful, very good prices and yes! They have a real butcher shop that is very knowledgeable. The gentleman working early this morning was super friendly and helpful..oh we came in for beef but had to breeze through the whole place of course..awesome produce section! Got everything except green tomatoes and Carolina reaper peppers but, they had scorpion and ghost peppers that you cant find anywhere else that i know of..sorry i am a pepper head and prefer the very hot reaper BUT it says a lot for AJs. they have everything you need for cooking some very fine dining at home whether its lamb chops or cowboy beef ribs with a super hot dry rub and all the delicious veggies you can think of...if you had green tomatoes and Carolina reapers i probably would have had to refinance my home to get out of there today..from the amount of people there in a very early sunday morning during a pandemic i would guess that getting something to order from AJs was a great idea as well...i have got to start hanging out with the better half more often..awesome place! Needs 10 stars for courtesy, prices and quality..customer service gets a 20

  I've been shopping here at AJ's for years. The location is wonderful from the beautiful Tucson mountain views and the lovely fountain in front of their market. The best part is walking through the doors and being greeted with kind smiles & offered the best customer service. It brings back memories for me because there are so many taste sensations i get just walking through their beautifully displayed isles. There are so many choices to choose from weather it be from their fine bakery or fabulous bistro. There also are imported goods that bring back many fine memories for me. The best part is you will always find what your looking for & if you have any questions they will do there very best to answer them. There is an excellent catering service and the directors name is Krystal. She and Susan are amazing. Ask for their business card especially if you want the catering done just right. I asked one day in advance for a delicious blueberry breadpudding and they had it ready for me so quickly. I am including a photo and i still have a smile on my face writing this. The customer service is exceptional and the go above and beyond. Please take a break from the monotony and step back in time for a day just to experience the most wonderful market in Tucson.

  Awesome market, they were able to provide me with ribs right out of the smoker so they were gluten free. All of the food that we have picked up from here to cook at home has been great.
  They only lost a star because the check out clerk would not accept my legal identification and I don’t carry a passport around. Being 33 this was quite annoying.

  Lots of unique item's to purchase. Wonderful baked goods and coffees. Ready made hot bar and soups. Food has always been best in Tucson. Great covered patio area to enjoy.Can't miss with AJs.

  This is a little upscale grocery store at the Encantada Mall. It has an amazing selection of grocery items. Most things they sell are somewhat rare to find elsewhere. Inside there is also a sushi bar and they sell a pretty good selection of Japanese foods and drinks. The employees are all very friendly and the supermarket is very clean.
