Canyon View by Platinum Care Homes

I met with Jessica, the Manager, almost a month ago regarding the wonderful care of her residents at Canyon View. This home is not only beautiful but the atmosphere is serene and the residents, happy. The staff were kind. Thank you for taking such good care of the families in our communities. I would place a loved one here.

Ed moved into Canyon View in June of 2021. At first he was not happy, mostly that he was no longer living at home. He was in the home until July of 2022 when he passed away.
I believe that the people working there genuinely liked Ed, and he was treated with the utmost respect.
Ed was not always easy to get along with, but they managed very nicely with him. Some of the workers just seemed like family, and always called me if there was a need. The home was kept always in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
I would not hesitate to recommend Canyon View as a residence.
Also when I visited I was always greeted and made to feel like part of the overall family.

This is a very clean home, with Amazing view, but more importantly there is lots of love here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The food is good too. Over all a very nice home.

I am happy that my dad has moved here. They are great with making him feel welcome and at home, and customizing his care to exactly what he needs. I recommend this place if you're looking for a safe and friendly place for your loved one.

This facility is very clean and the health care workers are responsive to the resident's needs. They communicate well with family members. Since under new ownership the food has improved dramatically offering fresh fruit and vegetables.
