  Okay, I totally get the mixed reviews. This place likes their money up front, so if you aren't used to that for a medical office I could see the bad reviews. Like in my case, I have met my deductible and now its co-insurance, and they already requested to have $79 up front. Even with that I am still giving them 5 stars as specialists are expensive! Ramona NP was AWESOME! If you have a deviated septum or any kind of breathing issue go see her, I came here to get a second opinion as the previous provider advised me to get surgery. Ramona was very kind and knowledgeable and showed me a scope of my nose which records and then they play it back for you real time. 99% of us are born with deviated septums and only surgery is needed if you cannot breath or the scope isn't able to pass through your nares. She recommended 4 options for me in terms of medications! The MA was very kind and you can tell they go above and beyond by their demeanor. Would highly recommend. Hidden Gem in Tucson for ENT.

  I'm 34 years old, a dad, husband, and live a very active life with my family and work. So being distracted with nose bleeds out of nowhere and having to constantly ask people to repeat themselves, I knew I had to address my issues!
  
  After a couple years of recurring and unexpected nose bleeds, and a failed attempt at cauteterization by another Dr (near St Joseph's), I was referred to Sonoran ENT and particularly Dr. Lara by my PCP. As soon as Dr. Lara introduced himself, I could tell he really cared about his work and me (his patient)! He cauterized my nose in minutes and it's been absolutely wonderful not having to deal with a nose bleed in the middle of the night and any time of day, for that matter...
  
  After checking out of that appointment, I scheduled a hearing test. I finally gave in to my wife's plea! (Apparently, she's told me numerous times to get my hearing checked but I don't recall hearing her telling me as often as she says lol!!)
  
  Anywho, meeting Dr. Kester assured me that I chose the right place to get my hearing checked. Her kindness and empathy towards my hearing test results was much appreciated! We scheduled a consultation to get hearing aids... At 34 years old, I never thought that I needed hearing aids! I knew my hearing was bad but REALLY?? That bad? YES! REALLY, THAT BAD! So, Dr Kester showed me a few different styles of hearing aids, and they were not what I expected! What happened to the big, bulky looking thing that went in my grandpa's ears?! The hearing aids now-a-days are small, discreet looking, and very high tech! I thought to myself that these hearing aids are better looking than most of these ear buds, air pods, beats, and other headphones that most people are wearing! So sign me up Dr K!
  
  I got hearing aids that have Blue tooth capability, so adjusting the volume with my phone is awesome, plus the ability to turn up my music or podcast while tuning out the noise around me is great for listening to that ball game while your kids are messin around and being loud, or while your wife is telling you about her day at work... lol... um, ok maybe not the latter, but you get the point! The hearing aids fit better than ear buds, sound just as good, and guess what? they improve your hearing!
  
  A tip of the cap and huge thank you to both Dr Lara and Dr Kester!! Thanks to them, I no longer have nose bleeds, and I can hear so much better!!!

  I had a great experience with Elizabeth Benites for hearing aids consultation, she is amazing. She is the most caring and patient person I’ve ever met. If you’re looking to get a new hearing aid I would suggest you going to see Elizabeth.
  All the people at this place are lovely. Thank you for providing me with the great service and an amazing experience.

  Dr. Kang came highly recommend by family & friends & he didn't disappoint - I don't understand the negative reviews here. The entire staff is very professional & friendly. I went in for issues with my vertigo, which naturally was no longer bothering me but Dr.Kang proceeded to talk to me about issues related to this and how to proceed going forward - we did a hearing test, which really surprised me to find out I have hearing loss in that affected side that I get vertigo - I'm now set up for a VNG & a MRI hopefully we can get to the bottom of what's going on. Nothing but praise for this staff & the doctor!
