The property was exactly what we were looking for in our trip to Tucson: seclusion, comfortable, and easy access to hiking. The hosts, Bill & Gretchen were more than attentive to our every question and request to make our stay exceptional. Highly recommend this location for a perfect pandemic getaway.
We flew in to Tuscon from Louisiana on December 30 and checked in to the Ranch. We were a little early but Bill stopped what he was doing and got us checked in and situated. Our casita, the Ranchito, was fabulous. The views from the back porch were incredible. Bill and Gretchen even delivered a gift bag on New Years Eve containing Champagne and noise makers. We toured the National Park by car and later on horseback, visited the wine country just down the road and toured the Colossal Cave which is 10 minutes away. We travel extensively and Bill & Gretchen are the best hosts we have ever encountered. Thanks for your hospitality and we hope to return. John & Gina
My wife and I choose the Rincon Creek Ranch as a place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The pictures on their website looked very inviting, so we decided to check the place out. What we experienced during our stay was absolutely fantastic – everything was even more beautiful than in the pictures.
We were amazed by the beauty of the ranch and the nature surrounding it – all the colorful birds and the small wildlife, starry skies, amazing sunrises and sunsets. The ranch borders the Saguaro National Park, which can be accessed through a gate from the ranch and there are miles and miles of hiking trails in the park. Also, there are endless walking trails within the ranch.
The casitas are very tastefully decorated, with attention to detail, lots of amenities, bright, with lots of windows and breathtaking views, but still provide privacy because the casitas are not too close to each other. At the end of the day, soaking in the bathtub provides a wonderful way to relax and wind down from all the daily activities.
After experiencing this place, one thing is certain – you will have hard time leaving. What makes it easier for my wife and I is knowing that we will be back. Bill and Gretchen, thank you for your wonderful hospitality and creating such a beautiful place to be enjoyed - Rincon Creek Ranch is a hidden gem that must be discovered!
Such an awesome place! Our family loved our stay at Rincon Creek Ranch. The casita we stayed in was beautiful. The hosts were absolutely lovely. So many special touches made our visit extra enjoyable. I loved walking the property on a great trail, seeing birds galore and some other animals too! Playing pool with my teens in the common Mission building will always be a great memory. I was awed by the views along with every sunrise and sunset from just outside our casita!
The Casitas were wonderful with all the extras! Really enjoyed the views from the porch while sipping a glass of wine and watching the sunset. Excellent location as close to the park as you could get! Bill and Gretchen were wonderful. Would definitely stay again.
