  Homecare for a parent is very difficult and especially difficult for my family. We had ups and downs and at times, were using three agencies to fill out a schedule. Not every caregiver was a good fit from any agency, including Synergy, but Lisa at Synergy is the kindest person who did what she could for my family every step of the way. At a reduced cost from other local agencies, when I also used other agencies, I expected better service and caregivers, but that generally was not the case. Instead, Lisa took care of us better than the bigger, more expensive agencies ever did.

  I want to tell you of a wonderful home care business called Synergy Home Care. Synergy is very easy business to work with they are kind and considerate of your feeling always want to help you. My husband has Parkinson's and this was the first time we have had to have help in this way. We knew we needed help and Lisa and Randy the owners jumped right into to help us feel comfortable on getting the information we needed to make a decision, and believe me we had lots of questions.
  We have had there service since the end of April 2019, and have had 2 caregiver that have brought so much love and understanding and help to us. I don't know where they were able to get such great employees but we are grateful that we have had them. I can tell you from experience that trying to get a long term care company to help you get started in home care isn't easy. Thank heaven for Synergy. I would differently recommend them for your long term care solutions.

  People are not loyal to companies, they are loyal to people. Randy and Lisa treat their caregivers as valued members of their agency! If I ever return to a caregiving agency, my first choice would be to the best agency I've ever worked for--Synergy HomeCare with Randy and Lisa.

  I’ve been employed by Synergy Home Care for a year. I recently promoted within the organization. My experience with Synergy has been excellent. It’s nice to work for and with people who truly care about their employees. Randy and Lisa encourage feedback, our opinions do count and they want to hear them.

  Our family received an outstanding recommendation for Synergy from our social worker at a major hospital affiliated home hospice program here in Tucson.
