When I say that this is the experience a bride should have it is. I went in with a friend of mine we both are recently engaged and we just wanted to look more at what styles and silhouettes we liked, didn’t want to buy anything that day. Our stylus was Emily, and she was phenomenal. Let us look at the dresses and pick a few out to try and was super attentive and helpful. I most definitely will go back once I narrow down the ideas, and am ready to buy. 1000% recommend this store for any bride, weather you just got engaged and are looking for what you like or if you know and just want a good experience while finding the one.

I found my wedding dress at J Bridal Boutique. J Bridal team was so professional and helpful. They provided the best service and also helped me to choose the perfect veil and hairpiece. My wedding dress needed some alteration for which they referred me to a professional local seamstress. She altered the dress as needed and also added bustles which were so useful during the wedding day. After the wedding, the J Bridal team also helped me with the wedding dress preservation. I highly recommend them!

Cutest boutique! I went to a few places before I found J Bridal. When I met Melissa at my first appointment, I had a good feeling that I was going to find my dress! She was so helpful, honest, and down right hilarious. She made shopping for the dress so much more comfortable and fun. Our endless bantering and witty comments made me feel like I already knew her. I tried on many beautiful dresses and landed on one that I was so in love with. Sadly though, at that time, my wedding plans were in the process of changing pretty drastically (thank you, pandemic wedding planning). I quickly started to question that dress and what I thought I wanted, and Melissa was so understanding. We agreed to make a second appointment so I could have some time to think and process all the changes. My second visit, we went in a completely different direction with the type of dresses I was trying and I ended up finding the one! All of the girls at J Bridal are sweet and knowledgeable, and they really care to create a memorable experience. My mom, best friend and sister-in-law couldn’t accompany me to every appointment because of our work/life schedules, so they didn’t get to see the dress they day I picked it. Melissa told me that whenever I can get them all together, we can set up (another) appointment for me to try the dress on for them and have a champagne toast! Needless to say, I highly recommend everyone and everything at J Bridal Boutique.

If you are looking for a bridal boutique that genuinely cares about your experience and feelings, you have found the place! I had gone to multiple places in Phoenix and was unimpressed; the selection was just okay for extremely expensive dresses. Then I went to J Bridal and immediately felt at ease (I highly recommend making an appointment). The boutique is beautiful. We first sat and chatted about what I wanted, what styles I had tried and didn't or did like, and from there, Katie immediately began grabbing styles for me, and she did an AMAZING job. I honestly loved all the dresses she picked for me, and the entire time she was so friendly and kind. J bridal had one of the nicest and most extensive varieties of dresses that I had seen, which is a huge plus when looking for the one; I was able to try on multiple styles figuring out which look was the best for me. Once I found the one and bought it they had a little champagne toast to celebrate which was just another thoughtful touch. I got my dress exactly when they said it would come. Also, the tailor that they recommend did a great job! Overall, Katie and her amazing team at J Bridal truly made my experience fun and less stressful. Plus, it's always nice to be able to support a local family-run business. I would HIGHLY suggest going here!
