  Just moved to Tucson and read the reviews for PAWS. I took both of my dogs there and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff were AWESOME and Dr. Keaner was AMAZING. I am SO happy I found this place for my pets. I would highly recommend it to everyone!!!

  I have reviewed this place 5 stars before and I will do it again! Paws always goes above and beyond to help make the best experience possible for you and your pets. I was a little nervous to hear that they were providing curbside pickup of your pets and that you wouldn’t be able to go in with your pets at this time, they would be calling to go over a treatment plan. Since I have 2 dogs I scheduled appointments at 10:50 and 11:30, they went ahead and took both of my dogs in together to make things a little bit easier for us and my pups. They stayed in constant communication calling me 5 times while my pets were being treated to give me updates about what they were doing and go over my possible treatment plans. They are always super transparent about what is deemed necessary and what is deemed optional, even over the phone they did an exceptional job still maintaining the same service they do when you meet with them in person. I want to thank them for continuing to always go above and beyond for my pets and for me to ease my mind that my pets are well cared for. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are new to the area or looking to change up your vet to a new one this is the place to go.

  Took my pet to Dr. Jason was hesitant in the beginning and didn't seem to be a match after our first visit but she followed up on us and it showed us how much she cared, truly cared and we decided at that point to proceed with surgery. Still worried terribly and calling during surgery she took our call and assured us the our baby was in her care and that care was great because he's happy and at his best, and by the way he and Dr. Jason have a bond now which is rare for him.

  This place is awesome! Really geared towards making a vet visit as pleasant as possible for both you and your pet. Very clean and comfortable. Staff, Dr.’s, and Vet Techs were all great with me and my dog, and so knowledgeable. This was our first visit here and they gave us a tour of their facility, even where they treat your pet. I thought that was really cool. Awesome place, and our new vet!

  It’s always tough moving to a new place and finding a good fit for your babies. PAWS has been terrific. The folks on the phones, the front office staff, the vet techs, and the vets themselves are great. Our cat had to have teeth cleaning and extractions done very soon after our relocation. They explained everything up front at his exam, they were very caring on the day of the procedure, I met with both the tech and the vet before and after the procedure. They called me after the procedure to let me know how our cat was doing, as well as texting a photo later in the day as he recovered from the anesthetic. I am completely happy with the care our cat received from this team, and very pleased to have a vet of this caliber so close to home.
