This was the fourth property I have purchased with Matthew's assistance. As always, he was knowledgeable, prepared, and attentive to what I needed. He responded to my stated criteria and provided additional insight about topics I had not fully considered. Beyond the specifics of the property search, Matthew was personally enjoyable and pleasant to be around.
I refer to Matthew as having these great qualities, but I mean to include his assistant Mishka Cates, as well. She demonstrated all of the same characteristics as Matthew, but she also managed various inspections, vendor visits, and information that was important for me to see. Thanks again to you both.

Matt and Team are the ultimate "customer comes first". Not only was Matt thorough in every way; he also went way beyond the call of duty on many occasions. For example, Matt and team volunteered to move me from the house sold to the rental next door. He had no obligation to do so but he and the others seemed to enjoy it. Matt showed great patience with both Lis and me always going the extra mile to assist in any way he could. Sometimes I think Matt would have to admit Lis and I were not the easiest to work with but he never complained and met any set deadlines.

Matt also, without my request, offered to advertise our Refrigerator; a $2400 GE Profile that we would hope to sell for $1,000 or $900. No word on this but I trust that he will make an effort because that is just how Matt operates.

To say the least this Short Sale was messy and frustratingly long in happening. Matt was always calm during my rantings and we finally got every done this week.

I don't think I have every seen Matt without a smile on his face. He just has an extremely positive, it will get done, attitude.

On the negative side; There is None!!!!!
