The service has been superb, even though I am just a small depositor. I have recommended them several times over the years.

I was so tired of the BIG banks, the impersonal experience and service, the fees etc. A bad experience with a bounced deposit and a string of NSF charges made up my mind that I needed to look elsewhere. I have loved the small bank, small town feel of banking with Canyon, and having a small bank, where I know everyone and everyone knows me, I never have to show ID, they look out for me and if something seems amiss they will call me to check and make sure all is well, I've never gotten dinged for charges or issues that were not my fault. I'll never go back to BIG banking.
