Ken was extremely helpful and professional. He helped to diagnose electrical issues and fix some things that were done incorrectly. He went straight to work and didn't waste time or money. He explained his thoughts and what he was doing each step. I have some knowledge of residential electrical and Ken was honest from start to finish. Ken came same day and did great work. Ken is an awesome electrician. He came out to my house to install some GFCI outlets. He walked me through the process and explained everything. He even helped setup and ops check an A/C unit I needed the outlet for. Not only is his service awesome, just the conversation we had was great. It is nice knowing there are people like him in this world.
