  I had a exceptional experience recently when I went to the AT&T wireless phone store on N. Swan Rd. in Tucson Arizona. I was immediately greeted by both Anthony and Jason. Anthony sat down with me and explained to me the various options available to me. Having not gone through this in many years, the technical jargon and multiple options were a bit overwhelming at first. Anthony was able to break it down and explain to me in simple terms what everything meant and the benefits of them. He didn’t rush me or high pressure me. It was apparent that he actually cared about my needs and having my business. Jason was also very helpful throughout answering questions and confirming various specials. Once we decided on the best plan for my family and the equipment that I wanted, Anthony spent a great deal of time transferring all of my data (which was significant!) from my current phone to my new phone! It was a great deal of work on his part. If you want great customer service and a square deal, you really should go see Anthony and Jason at the AT&T store at Swan and Grant. It’s one of the better customer experiences and I have ever had.

  I really wish I could give Jason more stars! After 2 calls none of the CSRs at the call center could get my internet to work on my new Blu phone. I went to the store and Jason was polite, professional and personable. I asked if he was familiar with the Blu phone and he said he wasn't. I said I wasn't either. Literally less than 10 seconds later he said to try connecting. OM Goodness it worked. He is super smart and I am so glad I went to that store. I was ready, after 3 days, to cancel my AT&T contract. Thanks Jason. You're awesome.

  Ken was extremely attentive to our needs, knowledgeable about our phones and understood what we were trying to accomplish. I wish all employees at all AT&T stores were as helpful and capable!

  This is a great hidden gem of a store. Ken and Ray were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the smart phone needs of my dad who is a senior. Not only were they patient, Ray picked up the model of the phone my dad wanted at another store so my parents did not have to drive far to pick up. Ken was also very versed in in both android and iPhone products and was able to transfer from a 5 year old almost dead android to the new iPhone. It was really amazing. I highly suggest going to see Ken and Ray at this Swan and Grant ATT store because they are patient and have excellent customer service. Thank you again!
