I had an appointment today at this office for the first time, everyone is great; starting with Wendy at the front office, the hygienist Sarah and Dr. Wertz.
I was a previous patient of Dr. Wertz years ago, when he worked at El Rio, I recently found him again :-).
I highly recommend Dr. Wertz, he is very thorough and kind, and is never in a rush, from today's experience and past, his treatment plans have always seemed very adequate to me and decently priced (unlike other experiences I've had recently), Thank you Dr. Wertz and staff!
Highly recommend this dentist office. The receptionists at the front desk are so cheery and personable. They always made me feel very comfortable. Very patient with all my questions, courteous in explanations. I knew beforehand what was going to be done, how much it would cost and what it would entail. There was no guesswork about any of the procedures! I had a horrible experience at another dentist office, so when I came here I was very afraid but they fully earned my trust. They are very conscience of your comfort level.
