(December 15, 2022, 1:53 pm)Stayed at this hotel to and from my drive to Phoenix from Dallas. they have an outdoor heated pool and hot tub which were great. plenty of room for large vehicle parking. Room was clean and the beds were decent. Front desk was very accommodating in regards to honoring my late checkout request as a diamond ihg member

(October 4, 2022, 5:29 pm)Not the nicest Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at, but it wasn’t bad. I was disappointed to learn that check-in doesn’t start until 3PM, even though I had booked my stay in advance. Other Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at seemed to be more willing to accommodate me. The Aurora, CO location even allowed me to check in at 8AM after an early morning flight. I had to spend a couple hours waiting in my car in the parking lot before I could check in.
