Cynthia was my very first voice teacher. I came to her in my 30s looking to learn new things and undo some unhealthy vocal things. She put me on a great path to becoming a better singer. Cynthia Robinshaw worked with my chorus students at Pilgrim High School in Warwick Rhode Island for many years. She served as a vocal coach preparing many of my students for All State auditions and auditions for acceptance to music school. She was a motivational and knowledgeable private teacher of voice and piano who was always able to individualize instruction to encourage each student to achieve their personal best. I would not hesitate to recommend Cynthia in any instance where skill, compassion, technique, integrity, and expertise are criteria for the position.
