Mammoth Towing & Recovery

My tow driver, Mark was phenomenal. He explained everything step of the unloading process of my vehicle, which left me assured that my vehicle was going to come off the truck as smoothly as possible. He was extremely friendly and very professional.

Had a flat on the 10. The tow driver (Mark, I think) was a calm and reassuring presence, and while risking his life as trucks rushed by right next to him. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and he was done so quickly, I forgot to say thank you. So thank roadside angel for the excellent service!!!

Driver Larry and assistant Jose took great care towing my RV to Accutrac truck and Rv Repair shop. No excuses no delays and kept me updated on ETA. Thanks a billion larry for getting me out of harms way (stuck under overpass with two freeways meeting).Yikes very scary location. I truly appreciate the professional work and bringing the big rig for the job. I would Definitely will recommend Mammoth Towing if you need a honest business with the great service.

This is the BEST tow company I have ever used in my entire life. Mark went ABOVE and BEYOND! He communicated with every step of my process to assure and inform me that everything was on point! We had an event Sunday evening while visiting friends here in Saddle Brooke. When we got into our MBZ to leave, our old but perfect 1998 SL500 convertible we only drive in weekends, we found that it was locked up. I mean really, really locked up. The steering wheel, gear shift knob, brakes, ignition switch... all were frozen.

The funny part was we had lights, and all orher electrical components were fine. After talking with AAA, and then MBZ the next morning, we determined that it needed to be towed to the dealer and Mammoth Towing and Service in Catalina was dispatched as the nearest affiliate with the necessary flat bed tow truck.

Eric arrived within an hour and wow, was his work cut out for him. You see, the locked steering wheel had the tires pointed into the curb on a slight hill. The car would not roll at all as it was locked in park.

Over the next hour+ Eric put the front and then the rear rear wheels on dollies and very carefully moved my precious car, inch-by-inch, onto the back of the tow truck. This was really a challenge because this car is heavy and the front wheels were pointed 30 degrees to the right.

Meanwhile I'm pestering Eric with questions (worried to death that my precious baby might somehow be damaged) which he always answered completely, always in a friendly voice that showed he knew exactly what to do, while demonstrating that he cared as much as I did about having everything turn out right.

I really can't say enough about the value received here from Mammoth Towing.
