Tierra Pointe

This is the second year we have found an ornament in the ornament hunt here at Tierra Pointe. This is really something fun for us to do. We always enjoy looking for them. Thanks to the gals for always putting on these little hunts.
Want to also say thanks to Lupe and Jordan for always helping us fix or replace things that need to be fixed. You guys rock!!!!!

Jordan was very quick and efficient. I'm impressed by the time it took from phone call to job being handled. We have lived in places where it's taken weeks and sometimes months to get a problem fixed. Thank you Jordan and thank you staff for all you do.

Jordan once again came to the rescue and quickly fixed a plumbing problem. It's nice to know things get done when a work order is put in.

I had to rent from out of state which is a very stressful process but Shanelle was so accommodating and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond to make sure I could lock down that apartment before flying out to Arizona. When I arrived I met the office staff who are incredibly nice and welcoming. It instantly felt like a friendly environment. The pool and hot tub are stunning and as someone who works out daily I was so happy about the gym that is 24 hours. Shanelle Did a walk through with me and made a work order as soon as she saw light bulbs that did not work. The next day Jordan came and got it fixed! Also checked the hot water for me and fixed the heating all in one go while also being incredibly friendly. I already feel at home and comfortable. If I could give them even more stars I would !

I have to say it is one of the best places I have lived yet, Jessica B. Was so professional she didn’t stop looking until she found me the perfect apartment, she went above and beyond. I also felt with Jessica who was just as wonderful. The apartment looks like no has ever lived in it there is so much space and closets. I just love the sunken bath tubs. The grounds are kept just beautiful it makes me proud when I have people over to visit. The amenities are great as well you really don’t have to leave there’s so much to do here. Thank you so much for making my life a better place and thank you to management for seeing everything was first class. 😁
