Great place to live! Quiet, clean and friendly.

We moved in the early part of the year.. Donna and Kathie both very polite, helpful and just made it so easy for us.. Quiet and clean place to live and homes are very spacious and people are friendly... Really love it here..

My family and I have enjoyed visiting The Fairways the past few winters as my Grandma is a resident within the community. It is truly a wonderful environment! All of the residents are very friendly which instantly made my family feel welcome and safe within the community.

I did not visit the residential community, rather the adjacent property of the Dave White golf course. From what can see from the golf course, the residential areas look nice. Had a group of 16-20 players taking advantage of golf course still open prior to all the over seeding that occurs this time of year.

Nice place for seniors to live. Great atmosphere of inclusion at the clubhouse. Tons of activities and get-togethers all year, but especially for the snowbirds in the winter.
