After my first two visits a few years ago, I was tempted to leave and go to another practice. BUT I decided to express my concerns and I was listened to and my concerns were promptly addressed.
Most importantly, Chetan Patel, FNP has become so caring and personable. He takes his time, is thorough and plans ahead for my care. I really appreciate that.
I have some needs in regard to my fibromyalgia when I visit and the nurses and medical assistants are always ready to accommodate me when I arrive. Everyone is so pleasant and I am in good hands!!!
