(May 28, 2014, 5:26 pm)Our experience with Elite Shutters & Blinds was excellent. The showroom has plenty of samples and Kathy, the design consultant, is very knowledgeable and professional. Once we decided on a few things we liked she came to our home and helped us determine the best shades for our needs. We then returned to Seattle and completed the remainder of our business long-distance.During installation the installer discovered a flaw in one of the blinds and Kathy immediately notified us that she was ordering a replacement. We really appreciated the initiative taken, and all the blinds looked wonderful when we returned to the house in May. We definitely recommend Elite Shutters & Blinds in Florence!
