Florence Hospital

Had to visit the Emergency at Florence Hospital 🏥 was checked in quickly,seen quickly, and left feeling much better. Nurse Beth was great 👍 and Dr. Vance seemed very competent and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to go for any future issues.

I went to the ER at Florence hospital after a fall at home. I injured my arm. Crystal, at the front desk, helped me as soon as I walked in. A nurse was ready to take me back immediately after completing the paperwork. I was seen by the doctor, xrayed, splinted, and on my way home in less than an hour. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Florence Hospital to my loved ones.

I’ve gone to the Florence Hospital ER twice and have been really impressed with everyone that works there. Both times before I have finished checking in the nurse was already in the lobby to get me. I don’t know if I was just lucky getting in so fast, because at Banner Ironwood I would be waiting for over an hour. And I would be there for over 3 hours before I could go home. Where at the Florence Hospital I would be out in an hour. From front desk up to the Dr I was treated with respect and informed of everything they were doing. I highly recommend this hospital and live that it’s just down the road from me.

As a patient I had a very good impression of the hospital as I drove in since the entire campus is well-maintained. But the reason for me writing this review is the actual Florence Hospital staff. Each and every single employee who I encountered were genuinely friendly and caring. For what it’s worth you and/or your loved ones are in great hands in this hospital.

My family have had nothing but great experiences at Florence Hospital ER!
Three times in December, three times in January and most recently here in February.
Yesterday had to take my daughter in who was having abdominal pain and other symptoms.
She was taken back for evaluation in less than 5 minutes.
The nurse Tanna was kind, knowledgeable and professional.
The PA Cort was awesome with his thorough evaluation questions.
The traveling nurse Bunny who did the EKG was quick and compassionate by bringing a warm blanket.
Last but certainly not least Dr. Walker was very thorough, exemplary in her compassionate manner with my daughter.
Happy to report all tests came back good, referral to specialists.
I highly recommend Florence Hospital , they are fabulous!
