Jared and his team are the absolute best. They are available and very good at advising on options for every situation. Insurance is more than just premium price. The agency and American Family are great to deal with.

Jared and his team go above and beyond. I was very worried when I went in to talk with Jared, about the claim . He immediately went over the situation and put me at ease. He made some phone calls to get more information and got me set up in the right direction. Some of the other staff called, emailed or texted, to keep me updated on the process. I am so happy to have Jared and his staff as my insurance agents. I don't ever want that to change!

Seriously the best INS company ever! We sadly had to cancel due to moving to MI but they are still currently helping me with a claim and have been on top of it. Brandy is a freaking Rockstar! So very very sad we no longer use this company. Highly recommend them!
