SimonMed Imaging - Queen Creek

It was very difficult to get an appointment. I tried online and on the phone I finally went in person and made the appointment. The online forms to fill out we’re easy and I used the check in process online also. Those were fine. My wait time was only about 10 minutes and the people who administered my scans were very professional and friendly and the whole process only took about four five minutes total. My doctor receive the scan results the next day and notified me. I was very impressed with the speed of the results. Keep up the good work!

Positive experience was achieved once I got through the process of the not so user friendly website plus the long wait on hold before I was able to speak with a person. However, once I arrived my test time was on schedule. The technician that performed my test was professional, knowledgeable, focused and friendly. He is why I gave a 5 Star review. Thank U Sir...

Hi I like to say, everything was great. The check in person was very nice and when it was my turn to go back, the person that took me back for my CT was great to. He explained everything to me and helped on and off the table. Again he was very nice to just like the lady at check in. This is the very first time everything went GREAT from check in to check out. Thank you all at the Queen Creek or San Tan Valley Simon Med.

SimonMed was very easy to find on web. It did take a little bit longer that I expected on hold to make appointment.
The staff was great the receptionist should have acknowledged my presents. Say hi when I came in and told me. I need to continue with other person and I will be right with you. The X-ray staff were very nice efficient and friendly. Over all very helpful.
