Easiest and most courteous experience! Of all the auto body shops I’ve been to, this was the best experience. In addition to providing excellent customer service, my car was immaculately clean when I picked it up (believe me—it wasn’t that way when I left it). I will certainly be bringing my car here if I need the service in the future. Thank you, Fix Auto!

I came to Fix Auto a year ago after my catalytic converter got stolen. Due to the pandemic the OEM parts where on back order for over 12 months. My insurance accepted after market parts at the time. Unfortunately my car never reset with the after market parts and my car would not pass smog check no matter how much I drove. This meant I could not get my registration tags… fast forward a year later still unable to pass smog and get my tags :( After taking my car back to Fix Auto, getting in touch with my insurance, and getting the OEM parts shipped to the shop I can now say my car is FINALLY back to normal! Actually, better than she was before! They were able to install new tires and a new battery which was so convenient and saved me a lot time. The cherry on top was when I finally picked up my car, she was sparkling clean! I was not charged for the re work of the catalytic converter (thanks insurance!) I paid for my new tires, new battery, and I snuck in a suspension diagnosis and wheel alignment as well. I felt completely at ease during the entire process as I was getting updates via email and/or call every few days while my car was being worked on. The front desk associates are incredibly nice and personable, signing and paying was extremely efficient which I really appreciate. Shoutout to Giovanni for being extremely patient with my case/work order and keeping my best interest at heart. He was wonderful at explaining “car talk” to me and answered all of my questions. I am beyond happy that my car is functioning top tier again! Thank you!!!

Fix auto Alameda is the truth! Brought in my Challenger Hellcat for repairs on the over fender, and was beyond pleased to see how it came out. Not only did they do a good job on the repairs, they took their time detailed my car which came out awesome! Out of all the times I’ve came here for work on my vehicles they never disappoint! Highly recommend bringing your business here! Very friendly, professional, and reliable. Big thanks to Arthur & Kyle for taking care of my vehicle.

Nice and friendly staff. Process is smooth and they're practicing good covid techniques wearing masks and keeping distance. They took the insurance claim and intend to order parts and call for an appointment.

12/9/20 Update.
Got the car back, they did an excellent job. They got it back to me earlier than they quoted me as well. It was a surprise to me when they offered to return the rental on my behalf. (Enterprise is located conveniently around the corner.) They also detailed my car as well. Insurance took care of everything, and it was a smooth process overall.
