(January 19, 2019, 3:03 pm)Dr. David Basco chiropractor is a guy who knows what he's doing! I was in a car accident with whiplash, sciatica, new aches and pains, and a spine out of whack. My good friend had seen Dr. Basco and told me after a series of adjustments and sessions on the traction machine, his neck had more mobility than it ever had since a car accident from the early '80s! For me, its been two months since the car accident and I do not have any more pain in my neck or back and lower back and hip pain specifically went from a 9 to under a 2. As a neuromuscular bodyworker myself I know he is skilled and tuned in. Dr. Basco's treatments hold - or stay in place - for me, due to the DRX9000 traction machine along with his expert adjustments. The machine helps heal by gentle traction; then the adjustments line up the whole spine. As a bodyworker, all I would add to that is a good session for the soft tissue to "hold" the new spaciousness and alignment! But without chiropractic like at Bay Area Spine Care -- you'd only get half of what you need, in my experience. Thanks so much Dr. Basco!

Thanks to his help I was able to rest and my was almost gone on that very first appointment..it has getting better and better the fact that he took care me right away and myself acting right away has made a great different in my recuperation...Great job I highly recommend his service..

(August 18, 2018, 11:19 pm)I herniated a disc in my lower back and found Dr Basco had a practice in a lovely office with a view of the bay right near me in Alameda. His drew me in with a photo of a state of the art traction machine that after only two visits, has helped me to relieve my compression and pain. After 25 minutes of traction, Dr Basco gently placed a lightweight ice pack on the injury site as well as some electrodes that emitted eclectic vibrations that were relaxing and calming.
Dr Basco’s warm and caring and confident manner creates a comfortfotable atmosphere.He sincerely cares about each patient. Even though he had only seen me once, when I told him I had to travel in three days, he offered to come in on Saturday after his golf game to give me another treatment. He was welcoming to my husband and two year old grandson who came as well since I can’t drive yet.
Needless to say, I have already scheduled more appointments for when I return and feel very fortunate to call him my doctor! -
