  Other than checking in through a glass window in the rain, this place was perfect. Older, pleasantly worn, it was clean, quiet, well-serviced, and fairly priced. Close to BART and downtown Berkeley.

  A wonderful place, led by a wonderful lady! Nice and very clean rooms, lot of space, free parking lots. I would stay here again for sure.

  It was a decent hotel for the price in a good location. Parking is very limited, but there is street parking available. If you happen to stay on a day when there is a Cal football game, be forewarned - they block off the streets surrounding the hotel and it's a little challenging to get there. This isn't the hotel's fault, just a cautionary note. Overall, no complaints and I would stay there again.
