  Amazing home for hosting large-group retreats! Don is super communicative and easy to work with. Huge open kitchen for cooking and dining. It's hard to find such a spacious house with over 5 bedrooms in the Bay Area and this house is the best I've ever found. You can rent the whole villa (two separate houses) or just the main house depending on your group size.

  5/5 would recommend, had a fantastic stay with the hot tub and loads of room! Owner is incredibly friendly and co-operative. Would heavily consider coming back.

  Don & Krista are exceptional hosts. For nearly 10 years, they have hosted our annual Leadership Institute. They are attentive to our needs during our stay, and always respond with answers to questions we have in a timely manner. We enjoy the location of this property, given its close proximity to the I-580 freeway. We have not found a more accommodating space in the bay area for our group.

  We just had a Reunion with my Nursing Classmates last Nov 15-20, and we stayed in this Villa.The Villa is very clean, the Owner Don and wife, Krista are very nice and accommodating, the room are very spacious and each bathroom are supper clean, also they have a washer and dryer and laundry detergent are provided, Towels, Shampoo, lotion , hair dryer are also provided, it is like you are in the hotel. The place is very safe, we really had a wonderful experience on this Villa, and 100% I recommend this Villa.
