  Lovely studio tucked inside an office building in Dublin. The teachers are great and supportive and offer a lot of guidance and adjustment. Lots of props and special touches to the space such as intention cards, aromatherapy and flameless candles. Wide array of classes for people of all levels.

  Great facility with two studios. Instructors very friendly, nice and inviting. Variety of levels and class times are awesome.

  I have found the Dragonfly in Dublin to feel like home. A variety of classes, filled with such warm and loving people. I look forward to my classes and the instructors are friendly and willing to gift my body and soul with love! I was new to the practice and scared and they have gifted me with owning my journey and I have enjoyed the weight loss, strength and energy I have gained! Try it! I know you will love it!

  So lucky to have the successful Dragonfly open a second location in Dublin. This location has two classrooms, two bathrooms, and a changing room. Everything is first rate. Beautiful decor. Top rate teachers. Suzanna Spring. Jamie McMaster. Carolyn Tracy. Friendly vibe. Very close to the freeway. Both shorter and longer classes to fit your schedule. Plus massage therapist on site.
